Christchurch: Pakistan on Wednesday qualified for the semifinal of ICC Under 19 Cricket World Cup after defeating South Africa by three wickets.
Pakistan opted to bat first in the quarter final match played at the Hagley Oval Ground where South Africa made 189 runs at the lost of nine wickets.
Pakistan's Muhamamd Musa and Shaheen Afridi took three and two wickets respectively.
Pakistan achieved the target in the 47th over r with Ali Zaryab's splendid 74 runs not out. (The News)
