Former CBB star Casey Batchelor poses topless as she reveals she's getting her boobs reduced

Casey says that despite having a confident smile and looking self-assured on the red carpet, she has insecurities about her large assests

Her ample assets were the object of Lee Ryan's lust for many a day in the CBB house.

But glamour model Casey Batchelor says her natural GG boobs have never made her happy, and is planning on having them reduced by four sizes. Sorry guys.

Writing in her Daily Star column, the busty brunette said: "My boobs have always been a huge insecurity.

"I'm not saying my boobs are awful or anything, because they aren't," she adds. "But they have never made me truly happy inside."

The reality star says her insecurities stem from being a child, when she was bullied about her larger-than-average chest size.

Casey explains how her mates would tease her, and how her breasts stopped her being able to dance.

"My boobs have given me some great opportunities, let's face it, I was a glamour model and that was my role in Celebrity Big Brother, so God bless them for that," Casey says.

"But now it's time to give them some TLC. A little reduction and reconstruction will be amazing."

The Essex lass is going under the knife this month.
