And Kanye West, 41, appears to have outdone himself after purchasing his stunning wife Kim Kardashian, 38, an epic Christmas present - a luxury condo in Miami's famed Faena House building worth an eye-watering $14million.
And now incredible inside pictures of the new abode, listed by Miami Condo Investments and dubbed the 'Billionaire Beach Bunker', showcase the 18 storey, beach-adjacent, property in all of its glory - boasting state of the art designs for each condo complete with floor to ceiling windows for those all-important views.
The property is designed by Norman Foster and is also home to Ukrainian oligarch Len Blavatnik, Goldman Sachs tycoon Lloyd Blankfein and hedge-funder Ken Griffin.
And Kanye has once again proved that he only wants the best for his other half, with Page Six initially reporting that they were viewing the property last month, and are now said to be in the later contractual stages to purchase it for a jaw-dropping $14million.
A source told the publication: 'Kim and Kanye have been spotted viewing the property in the last month, and they are now in contract to buy it for $14 million. The sale is expected to close in January.'
