Hannah Davis lands 2015 Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition cover, model is girlfriend of Yankees legend Derek Jeter

Davis is no stranger to the pages of Sports Illustrated, having frolicked in the surf for the annual photo-heavy edition in 2013 and 2014.

The wait is over.

Model Hannah Davis was revealed as the bikini-clad stunner that will grace the cover of the much-anticipated Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition on the “Tonight Show” Wednesday.

The sultry supermodel, who has been dating ex-Yankee star Derek Jeter for two years, has been dubbed the “next Kate Upton” — and now the model is following the same path as the beauty who appeared on the cover of the 2013 issue.

The annual swimsuit issue hits newsstands Monday, but “Tonight” viewers got an eyeful during the telecast.

“The only way this could get any better is if the cover model herself were here right now,” said “Tonight” host Jimmy Fallon after unveiling an oversized mock-up of the cover.

Davis appeared briefly on stage before telling Fallon to “hold on a second,” and walked off-screen with announcer Steve Higgins.

The “Tonight Show” has been taping in Los Angeles all week and host Jimmy Fallon certainly delivered on his promise of big surprises for the show’s return to the West Coast.

Davis, a 5-foot-10 hottie, grew up in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, and was discovered as a teen by the model scouting agency Ginny Edwards.

The 24-year-old, dark-blond beauty has been linked to the former Yankees captain since at least 2013.

Before the big reveal on the “Tonight Show” it had been rumored that blond bombshell Gigi Hadid or “Gone Girl” actress Emily Ratajkowski were front-runners to be the face of this year’s eagerly anticipated edition.

But Davis is no stranger to the pages of Sports Illustrated, having frolicked in the surf for the annual photo-heavy edition in 2013 and 2014.
