Pakistani actor may replace Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan in "Mr.Chaloo"

Pakistani drama actor Fawad Khan will be banner over to Bollywood industry once again after 'Khoobsurat', as report has it that the heartthrob has signed on to do Reema Kagti’s Mr.Chaloo next movie, according to Times of India.

After Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan had to leave the project due to payment issues, the film makers started to search for a suitable actor to play the role. At first, they had approached Shahid Kapoor but as he was already working with Abhishek Chaubey's new drug drama movie, 'Udta Punjab', he could not accept this project either.
Now, the report crush is buzzing as reports seem to suggest that the film makers have finally chosen Pakistan actor who entered in Bollywood industry "Khoobsurat", Fawad Khan for the part.
Mumbai epitomize reports that a source close to the development shared that the deal with Fawad was finalized when he had been in Indian for the Film Fare Awards, where he picked up the honored for Best Debut Actor.

Reema, along with Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani, are convinced that Fawad will do a best job fulfilling the character of a smooth ladies man who cons women out of money using his charm.
For him too, it'll be a welcome change from the ideal stiff upper-lip royal that he essayed in his first film," the source added..

Previously, 'Queen' actress, Kangana Ranaut, had been roped in to play the female leading role, but she has also left the project to pair up with Saif in Sujoy Ghosh's adaptation of the Japanese novel, 'The Devotion of Suspect X.'

The source also said: "After Kangana's exit, Reema has substantially changed the script. The film has strong roles for both protagonists and a leading lady is likely to be finalized in a week's time."

Mr. Chaloo goes on the floors in August. The film also stars Richa Chadda and Pooja Bhatt in significant roles.
